The first step to assuring quality starts with exceptional supplier quality management. Newbatches of supplied materials are confirmed, examined and inspected. Any materials that donot meet our standads are clearly marked and rejected to safeguard lEDreputation. Thisprocess allows OBALS lighting to utilize high quality components to manufacture top of theline fixtures.

Performance Tests

The LED testing equipment helps in runningvast range of tests including electrical perf-ormance test,photometric parameter test,and colour parameter test.

IES Test

Running photometric parameter test and elec-tric performance test is important to set highLED lighting standards for testing and certification.

Reliability Tests

Ageing Test

All the products will under aging test 1O0%.vast range of tests including electrical perf-ormance test,photometric parameter test,and colour parameter test.

Finished Product Testing

Used to test the electrical parameters andgrounding of the finished product.


Laboratory Tests

Glow Wire Test

lf a product uses unqualified combustible materials in the production process,there wouldbe a high fire risk of these materials due tovarious reasons when the device is running.

High Temperature Test

The high temperature test is used to determinethe adaptability of the product in storage,transportation, and use under high temp.climatic conditions.

Constant Temp.& Humidity Test

lt is used to confirm the adaptability of theproduct in storage,transportation and useunder the environmental conditions of temp.and humidity.

Hi-pot Test

While illuminometer helps in running lightintensity and uniformity efficient tests, hi-pottester is used to conduct 1005 voltage resisttest according to UL and TUV standard.

Waterproof Test

It is used to confirm the adaptability of theproduct in storage,transportation and useunder the environmental conditions of temp.and humidity.

EMC Test

EMC lighting testing helps ensure your LEDlight doesn't emit excessive electromagneticinterference during use.

Salt Spray Test

It is an environmental test that uses artificiallysimulated salt spray environmental conditionscreated by salt spray test equipment to confirm the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials.
